Operation Swift Retort (Urdu: آپریشن سوئفٹ ریٹارٹ) is a Pakistani Urdu-language animated short film based on the 2019 Jammu and Kashmir airstrikes, directed by DJ Kamal Mustafa. The film aims to reveal the truth behind India's Balakot strike deception and the aftermath involving the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). This includes the PAF claiming to have shot down Indian fighter jets and capturing an Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot named Abhinandan Varthaman. In 2022, on the anniversary of the operation, several Pakistani media channels broadcast a screening of the film that was played live.
