Karthika Deepam (Telugu:కార్తీక దీపం) is an Indian Telugu television series which airs on Star Maa from Monday to Saturday at 7:30 pm and also streams on Hotstar. Premi Viswanath and Nirupam Paritala are the main protagonists of the series. The show has consistently topped the ratings chart since its inception.

Plot

The story revolves around the life of Deepa (Premi Viswanath), a dark-skinned, pure-hearted girl. She faces several trials and tribulations due to her dark complexion. She married a Doctor, Karthik (Nirupam Paritala) who becomes her faith of love and support. But just three months after their marriage, Karthik and Deepa separated because of distrust. They have been separated for eight years because of Mounitha, Karthik’s friend who likes Karthik and will do anything to marry him. The possibility of Deepa and Karthik reuniting despite Mounitha’s machinations is the story's main conflict.
