Aces and Eights

Plot
Aces and Eights is a western that revolves around the character Tim Madigan, who's a gentleman gambler known for never carrying a gun. He exposes Jose Hernandez as a card sharp cheat before Jose is shot, after being knocked unconscious by Tim. Despite never carrying a gun, Marshal Tom Barstow thinks Tim is guilty of killing Jose. Tim hides at the ranch of Don Hernandez and his daughter Juanita. Saloon owner Amos Harden and gambler Ace Morgan, who sat in on the card game before the murder, conspire to take over the Hernandez ranch by forging documents. While being constantly harassed and interrogated by the Marshal, Tim focuses on saving the Hernandez ranch by winning against Harden and Morgan through gambling. When Tim raises the stakes of his winnings, he receives access to the saloon which reveals evidence that Jose was killed by Jack McCall.
