Makkala Sainya in Kannada, Mazhalai Pattalam in Tamil is a bilingual Indian children's film, directed by actress Lakshmi under the supervision of K. Balachander. This was the only film directed by Lakshmi so far. It stars Vishnuvardhan and Sumithra in the lead. The story is based on the 1968 movie Yours, Mine and Ours. The film was remade in Telugu as Ramadandu with Murali Mohan.
