Code 3 is a 2025 American action comedy film written by Christopher Leone and Patrick Pianezza, directed by Leone and starring Rainn Wilson, Lil Rel Howery and Aimee Carrero.

Plot

The film follows a 24-hour shift of busy, overworked and nearly burned out paramedics. Randy (Rainn Wilson) is a paramedic who is so exhausted by the job that he is forcing himself to quit. On his last day, he is given a student ride-along, Jessica (Aimee Carrero) by his supervisor, Shanice (Yvette Nicole Brown). Joined by Mike (Lil Rel Howery), Randy's EMT partner, Randy's last day is full of adventure- but for Randy and Mike, it's just another day in the office.
